Worldwide - £15
All worldwide orders are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail International Tracked (customs, duty and/or taxes may apply and these are the sole responsibility of the customer)
Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return it back to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note that magazines, underwear, jewellery and beauty products (nail polish, soap, candles, essential oils and bath salts), cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return an item please send us an email at info@sildotence.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs are at customer's expense and items are customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail so we recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Please note that the original shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that import duties, taxes and fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK. Any additional charges due, will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Should the buyer refuse to pay any custom duties and tax, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are shipped back to us in order to receive a refund. Returns are processed once the goods reach us.
Delivery costs are non-refundable on any international returns. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
