Founded in 2013 by Matt and Ish Ocelot chocolate is made by a small team in a micro factory in the heart of Dundee, Scotland.
Colour and form has always been at the visual heart of their brand, but more than just pretty packaging, Ocelot was created with the express attention of producing delicious chocolate with minimal environmental impact.
All of their chocolate is certified organic, made with unrefined cane sugar, and never contains preservatives or emulsifiers. Ethical sourcing is key and that’s why all their cacao is supplied by their sister company Original Beans, who were awarded the Good Egg Award for World’s Most Ethical Chocolate in both 2023 and 2024.
